Interne audit
is een onafhankelijke afdeling binnen de bank die het betrouwbaar functioneren van de interne organisatie mee waarborgt. Via een systematische en risk-based aanpak zal de interne audit de doeltreffendheid van het risico-en controlebeheerssysteem en van de operationele processen evalueren.
Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een nieuwe
IT auditor
die bereid is een breed inzicht te verwerven in het globale bedrijfsmodel van Crelan Bank, en de bestaande governance en processen in vraag kan stellen, met bijzondere aandacht voor de belangrijkste risico's voor de onderneming.
Concreet betekent dit dat je :
- auditopdrachten gaat uitwerken, organiseren en uitvoeren binnen het IT domein;
- de goede werking en de doeltreffendheid van de operationele en informatica-processen onderzoekt en beoordeelt, evenals de interne controlesystemen evalueert;
- de besluiten van de audits bespreekt met het management en je hen advies geeft rond het optimaliseren van het interne controlesysteem en de bedrijfsprocessen;
- in nauw partnership werkt met de business verantwoordelijken, je maakt hen bewust van de mogelijke risico's voor de bank;
- de evoluties opvolgt binnen het domein IT van de groep en van de lopende grote projecten;
- de gemaakte aanbevelingen ook opvolgt.
De evaluaties en aanbevelingen op auditvlak worden overgemaakt aan het respectievelijke management, het Directie Comité en het Audit Comité.
Jouw profiel
Wij zijn op zoek naar een master in een Informatica richting, Handelsingenieur of gelijkwaardig door een relevante ervaring binnen de bank. Verder gaan we ervan uit dat je een zekere kennis hebt van de
audit
standaarden en
IT toepassingen
binnen een bank, een ISACA-, CIA- of CISA- certificering is een pluspunt.

What will you work on:

The project:
Our client in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Risk Management - Internal Control support to strengthen their team.
Expected deliveries:
- Provided feedback to controls owners following review of controls documentations,
- Documentation of the controls testing approach,
- Controls testing reports completed (ToD/ToE),
- Risk & Control matrix maintained up-to-date and feedback on progress to the Internal Control team & responsible,
- Controls testing results are written into the Internal Control report of the year for the defined scope,
- Written answers to external audit requests about the tested controls and results, including evidences.
Expected role & responsibilities during the mission:
- Review and monitor documentation of key controls,
- Send reminders about controls documentation to the business based on the RCSA exercise output (action plans follow-up),
- Request evidence for Test of Design (ToD)/Test of Effectiveness (ToE),
- Draft testing plan and testing method/approach,
- Perform controls testing and write test reports,
- Update the Risk & Control matrix with the results of the controls testing,
- Draft the Internal Control Testing document and final report,
- Support the Internal Control Team to manage external audit requests.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Desktop Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical problems, install and maintain hardware/software, and ensure the smooth operation of our end-user systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level contact and support for end-users via phone, email, ticketing systems, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues on Windows/macOS/Linux environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or other directory services.
- Manage and support Office 365, email clients, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks including provisioning/deprovisioning of equipment and user accounts.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure security and compliance policies are followed on all devices.
- Provide support for audio/video equipment and conference room systems.
- Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in a desktop support or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service oriented with a proactive approach to support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCSA, ITIL, or similar.

- Exposure to IT security and compliance best practices.
- The FTE visits the Jumet site on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, and the Zaventem site on Wednesday and Thursday. The backfill should be available to cover both sites as per requirement.

To support this transformation, we’re looking for an experienced IT Business Partner with a good business insight who is willing to take on the next step as an IT Manager to drive innovation, integration, and operational excellence across the digital and IT landscape of BMB. The internal title is IT Manager but this is the end responsible role for the IT of the whole company, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
About the Role
The IT Business Partner acts as the main internal business – IT liaison. You are responsible for the full IT application landscape, business analytics, IT risk & security, digital & IT strategic roadmap as well as IT & data projects (a.o. post-merger integration).
The current Digital & IT application landscape at BMB is fragmented . The BME Group Digital & IT strategy aims to simplify and modernize the application landscape with common state-of-the-art technologies across BME.
There is no IT team yet (except for 1-2 people), so you will work with external teams of our other Opco's and need to be pretty hand-on. Later in a few years when the company grows, you will have a chance to build your own team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize local IT operations with high standards in security, continuity, and cost-efficiency.
- Translate and implement the BME Group IT & Digital roadmap at BMB.
- Modernize and harmonize infrastructure and applications (e.g. ERP, data platforms).
- At the later stage, when company needs increase, build a Digital & IT team, promoting continuous learning and value creation.
- Act both hands-on and as a strategic business partner, leading complex cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
- Own and drive local data governance, master data quality (supplier, product, customer), and analytics (PowerBI).
- Manage ERP development (Dynamics365 BC), post-merger integrations, and process improvements.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Partner or a similar role with a stable career path
- Strong business understanding: Insight into how IT supports and optimizes business processes
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete solutions
- Basic knowledge of IT architecture principles
- ·Proven knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) and application landscapes
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement across business and IT
- Entrepreneurial, structured, pragmatic, and results-driven.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
