Als Stock Control Officer in Bornem ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen, corrigeren en analyseren van voorraden in het warehouse. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, systemen en onze klant om een correcte stockregistratie te garanderen.

Dit ga je doen :

• je volgt de stock nauwkeurig op en voert correcties uit in Oracle en het WMS-systeem
• je analyseert stockverschillen, boekt goederen af of bij, en stemt wekelijks af met de klant
• je werkt actief met KPI's rond tellingen, locaties en voorraadbetrouwbaarheid
• je gebruikt Excel op gevorderd niveau (filters, draaitabellen, rapporten) om inzicht te geven in voorraadbeheer
• je staat stevig in je schoenen en durft onder de kritische blik van de klant je werk te verdedigen
• je ondersteunt collega's bij het interpreteren van rapporten en stemt intern af met onder meer het deviation team

• je beschikt over sterk logisch inzicht en denkt proactief mee, 'nee' is voor jou geen optie
• je hebt administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur met voorraadbeheer of in een logistieke context
• je werkt vlot met Oracle, Excel en hebt bij voorkeur kennis van WMS
• je voelt je comfortabel bij het presenteren van data en rapporten aan collega's en klanten
• je kan goed omgaan met werkdruk en behoudt nauwkeurigheid, ook bij veel stockproblemen en lange artikelnummers
• je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels

**Job Description**
**About the role:**
The Supply Chain Analyst coordinates the production and allocation of Finished Goods for a portfolio of products while balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements. You will report to the Supply Chain Analyst Lead.
**How you will contribute:**
+ Oversee global supply plans through allocation overwrites, maintaining data accuracy by updated allocation sheets.
+ Manage ERP orders to align packaging schedules with supply plans.
+ Monitor and improve finished goods inventory based on S&OP strategies and forecasts.
+ Collaborate with key teams to resolve supply issues, address risks, and ensure minimal disruptions.
+ Report indicators, support product launches, and handle supply and regulatory requirements effectively.
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Masters Degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management, or equivalent
+ 3 - 5+ years experience in various and growing supply chain roles
+ ERP experience such SAP,JDE /MRP systems and tools implementations
+ English Fluent
+ Lean or Six Sigma experience preferable
+ APICS certified - Certified in Production and Inventory Management preferable
+ Demonstrated experience in designing, maintaining and enhancing processes
+ Change Management and Continuous Improvement
