**Position overview**
The Transcend Plan Integration Director is responsible to ensure critical MedTech Plan Capabilities are covered by the Transcend program (S4 HANA deployment), the plan ecosystem stays intact while the Transcend program is being executed and is overall accountable for the successful integration of MT planning solutions into the S4 eco-system.
This position requires developing and deploying integration solutions between MT Transcend S4 systems and multiple PLAN APS systems covering several business units; global, regional, and markets managing complex interdependencies with other strategic programs like APS implementations, and Signifi. He / she works with multiple workstreams, including Business SMEs, PO, JJT, S4, PLAN BPO, external vendors and business stakeholders in the day to day operations and ensures proper cadences are in place with the overall objective of capturing business requirements and enabling solutions across different plan systems.
The person in this role will demonstrate expert knowledge in planning systems / capabilities and a strong experience in supply chain, end to end & strategic thinking, digital acumen and will partner with senior executives within the MedTech SC functions. This role will lead a team of project managers, contractors and external vendors and will closely partner with Business partners.
This position will report to the MedTech Plan Digital Lead within the J&J MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization.
**Tasks & Responsibilities:**
**The Transcend Plan Integration Director is responsible to:**
+ Shape the MedTech Plan System integrated roadmap between Advanced planning systems and the new S4 system, considering highly complex interdependencies with MT must wins and strategic programs.
+ Ensure alignment with BU / Regions and central functions.
+ Deliver integrated solutions between MT Transcend S4 systems and multiple PLAN APS systems covering several business units; global, regional, and markets.
+ Work with multiple workstreams, including Business SMEs, PO, JJT, OMP, S4, PLAN BPO, Business stakeholders in the day to day operations. Ensure that proper cadences are in place for day-to-day activities, meeting the overall objective of capturing business requirements and enabling solutions across different plan systems.
+ Own the relationship with external vendors & integrators for project planning, budget planning, and resource planning. Additionally, be the accountable POC for all financial transactions with external vendors including SOWs, POS, and Payments.
+ Ensure effective stakeholder management providing frequent updates on key decisions, progress, risks, and attention points.
+ Pull together different teams and run SWAT exercises as needed during different project phases, including solution build, validation, cutover, and Hypercare.
+ Plan and manage delivery of project operationally, including team and schedule management.
+ Accountable for ensuring all User Stories & KDD's that have been captured in JIRA for Global Template processes have been solutioned, tested, and deployed successfully.
+ Lead the team of project managers and indirect / external resources to deploy the program.
+ Keep abreast with emerging planning concepts - technology partner selection.
+ Establish strong alignment and linkages to partner functions such as J&J Technology, MT SC Digital, Commercial, Business Unit Supply Chain & Regional Value Chains, Integrated Business Management.
**Qualifications & Experience**
**Education, experience:**
+ Masters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
+ Requires a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain or large transformation programs.
+ Minimum of 5 years Plan business experience.
+ Requires 3+ years of people management and development experience. Build and maintain high performance teams.
+ Requires strong knowledge of MedTech supply chain and planning systems (APO, OMP, Blue Yonder).
+ Project Management: FPX PL or PMP Certification required, FPX SME preferred.
+ APICS / lean six sigma certification preferred.
+ Experience in leading complex programs inclusive of local and global scope, in a distributed environment.
**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
+ Demonstrated outstanding strategic thinking & planning, communication and influencing skills.
+ Ability to work in a complex, multi-system environment.

**A Day in the Life**
HealthCast remote monitoring, connectivity, and interoperative solutions help to optimize workflow, simplify patient management, and empower clinicians with actionable insights. As a Data Integration Lead, you will act as a subject matter expert in charge of leading the deployment and integration of HealthCast Solutions. In this role, you will manage the implementation of system integrations, working with customers and third-party resources to optimize clinical workflows.
You will report to the HealthCast Western Europe Leader and will be responsible for the project's success from the customer's perspective. This is a remote position, but travel may be required up to 50% per month to Belgium and the Netherlands.

Wat je doet als domain lead integration services
Je hebt zowel een helikopterzicht als een degelijk kennis van de detail integratie architectuur.
Als Domain Lead draag je in eerste instantie bij aan de algemene IT strategie, meer concreet implementeer je de te ontwikkelen integratie-architectuur.
Tegelijkertijd werk je een eigen visie en strategie uit omtrent Integration Services binnen het breder kader van de Nationale Loterij architecturale visie, rekening houdende met de specifieke architecturale frameworks die bestaan.
Je vertaalt de visie naar een roadmap / product backlog.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het continu bijhouden en up-to-date houden van de 'product backlog', voor het aligneren van de backlog planning met gelinkte projectplannen, voor het bepalen van de prioriteiten in functie van creëren van waarde voor de business, voor eindbeslissingen wat betreft functionaliteiten & requirements en voor de uiteindelijke implementatie volgens de richtlijnen van de architecturale visie.
Je vertaalt requirements van zowel business als IT naar concrete taken die samen een implementatieplan vormen. Samen met het team verfijn je backlog items naar implementeerbare, incrementele deliverables die passen in de architecturale frameworks.

Vos missions principales :
- Concevoir et spécifier l'architecture matérielle et logicielle pour les systèmes de véhicules autonomes (ADAS, conduite autonome).
- Définir les exigences d'intégration entre les composants matériels (capteurs, calculateurs, actionneurs) et les logiciels embarqués.
- Développer des interfaces logicielles pour interagir avec le matériel.
- Superviser le développement et l'intégration des pilotes matériels et des middleware.
- Planifier et exécuter des tests d'intégration et de validation sur bancs d'essai et sur véhicules.
- Analyser les données de test et identifier les problèmes d'intégration matérielle/logicielle.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement matériel, logiciel, systèmes et validation.
- Rédiger la documentation technique détaillée, y compris les schémas d'architecture, les spécifications d'interface et les plans de test.
- Participer à la sélection des composants matériels et des plateformes logicielles.
- Assurer la conformité des systèmes aux normes de sécurité fonctionnelle (ISO 26262).
- Résoudre les problèmes techniques complexes liés à l'intégration HW/SW.

- Diplôme d'ingénieur en informatique, électronique, systèmes embarqués ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience dans l'intégration matérielle/logicielle de systèmes embarqués complexes.
- Expérience significative dans le développement de logiciels embarqués (C/C++).
- Compréhension approfondie de l'architecture matérielle (microcontrôleurs, FPGA, bus de communication automobile comme CAN, Ethernet).
- Expérience avec les systèmes d'exploitation temps réel (RTOS) et Linux embarqué.
- Familiarité avec les méthodologies de développement logiciel et les outils de gestion de configuration.
- Connaissance des systèmes d'aide à la conduite (ADAS) et/ou de la conduite autonome.
- Une expérience avec les bus de communication automobile avancés (ex: Automotive Ethernet) est un plus.
- Connaissance de la norme ISO 26262 est fortement appréciée.

Our client is looking for a motivated Junior Application Integration Analyst to support the integration of applications with the local Identity Provider (Broadcom Siteminder), using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect protocols.
You'll work closely with the IAM/Access Control Security Expert to analyze, specify, document, and support the integration of applications into the identity ecosystem. Execution is handled by the IT integrator, so your focus will be on analysis, specification, documentation, and testing support.
Your mission
Analyze application architecture and define integration needs for SAML and OpenID Connect
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and security requirements
Specify integration designs aligned with Broadcom Siteminder standards
Support testing and validation to ensure secure and reliable authentication flows
Document integration processes and provide guidance to technical teams

Your profile
1-2 years of experience in application integration or IAM
