What To Expect Lead Integrations and Projects: Drive the integration of new acquisitions, New Product Introductions (NPI), and "Go Direct" projects into the International Supply Chain. Lead planning and logistics activities for divestiture projects. Manage and deliver significant supply chain initiatives as required. Evaluate and Define Supply Chain Processes: Assess and refine supply chain processes, organizational structures, and systems for acquired companies. Define future-state supply flows for new product distribution. Align supply chain leadership and stakeholders to integration strategies. Document future-state processes, roles, and responsibilities for seamless integration. Execute Supply Chain Integrations: Oversee the execution of integration milestones and timelines through commercial launch and hypercare phases. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions. Ensure proper financial planning for integrations, including inventory and operational expenses (OPEX). Oversee Supply Chain Systems Integration: Partner with IT, master data, logistics, and planning teams to ensure optimal setup in supply chain systems (e.g., Oracle, ASCP, Rapid Response). Coordinate system integrations and establish warehouse interfaces as needed. Facilitate user training for new systems and processes. Manage NPI Project Portfolio: Oversee the International Supply Chain NPI project portfolio to ensure product launches are delivered on time, within scope, and as planned. What We Expect Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or a related field (preferred). A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in end-to-end supply chain planning, logistics, and project leadership. 2-3 years proven experience in a project management position, driving results Proven ability to lead and collaborate within matrixed organizations. Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food supply chains. Expertise in change management, particularly in navigating organizational challenges during acquisitions and integrations. Strong understanding of ERP, PLM, and APS systems (Oracle experience preferred). Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using BI tools such as QlikView. Why Hologic? In de job van Supply Chain Coördinator sta je in voor het organiseren, coördineren en aansturen van de afdelingen Planning & Logistiek.

Je rapporteert functioneel aan de Plant Director en hiërarchisch aan de Supply Chain Director en stuurt een team aan van vier medewerkers (een Logistiek Medewerker, een Purchase Assistant, een Productieplanner en een Magazijnverantwoordelijke).

  • Bewaken van een effectieve en efficiënte productieplanning, rekening houdend met een minimale en tijdige voorraad van materialen, een optimale productie efficiency en minimale inzet van transportmiddelen.
  • Garanderen van een optimale en tijdige beschikbaarheid van afgewerkte producten door het stroomlijnen en coördineren van activiteiten tussen de verschillende afdelingen enerzijds en sales afdelingen anderzijds.
  • Garanderen van een optimaal beheer van het warehouse en zorgen dat klanten tijdig, binnen specificaties, volgens afspraak en tegen minimum kost beleverd worden.

Our client is undergoing a major organizational, operational, and cultural transformation to realize its strategic priorities. The goal is to create an integrated “end-to-end” supply chain that is customer-focused, reliable, high-quality, and efficient.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will lead one or more projects from definition to implementation, ensuring objectives are met within agreed scope, budget, and timelines. The role involves understanding stakeholder needs, analyzing the current situation (AS-IS), defining future objectives (TO-BE), and developing a concrete transition plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and lead a competent project team, fostering dynamic and collaborative work.
  • Report regularly to the Program Director, sponsors, and Business Owners, organizing progress meetings.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage risks, issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to develop practical, realistic solutions aligned with operational realities.
  • Maintain an overview of project activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office and designated domain experts/coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with transformation program governance and track results via defined KPIs.
  • Propose initiatives to improve organizational processes, resources, models, and tools.
  • Oversee the implementation of approved solutions, ensuring they are tested, documented, and executed effectively.

Profile

  • Master’s degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, including standard planning methodologies and tools, monitoring, and execution.
  • Training and experience in project change management, including understanding the context, adapting the project accordingly, managing resistance, and engaging stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, specifically in inventory management, warehouse management, and logistics.
  • A results-driven leader able to manage change in a complex transformation environment and work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
