Account Manager – York/HVAC

Voor onze locatie in Groot Bijgaarden zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Account Manager York/HVAC .

Wat je zal doen

Als Account Manager heb je een sleutelrol binnen de afdeling en de hoofdtaak om Chillers (koelmachines) en warmtepompen in het gamma van 50 tot 1700 kW (STC en MTC) aan onze portefeuille installateurs (nl/fr), studiebureau’s en mogelijk eindklanten te beheren en verder uit te breiden.

Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om voort te bouwen op de bestaande partnerschappen binnen jouw belangrijkste accounts terwijl je actief op zoek gaat naar de nieuwe mogelijkheden binnen de business. Je ontwikkelt, communiceert en implementeert een uitgebreid plan om het YORKmerk in jouw regio te laten opbouwen.

Currently we’re looking for an Account Manager – Fire and Security to strengthen the Service Sales team.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibility is to advise and convince customers of the Johnson Controls products and solutions and contribute to the continuous growth of the company.

· You master the Johnson Controls’ Building Efficiency value proposition to customers, by continuously optimizing the link between the customer’s operational and business objectives, needs and requirements and the Johnson Controls’ solutions.

· You own and direct long-term customer relationships/partnerships and are fully responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.

· You demonstrate expertise knowledge of the competitor’s business strategies, products and services and leverages that favourably to differentiate Johnson Controls from them.

· You demonstrate leadership through setting technical trends and defining industry benchmarks and Introduce new approaches & best practices to differentiate Johnson Controls in the market.

· You explores, qualify and close large & technically complex sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.

· You create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. You ensure that new proposals and bids are compliant with Johnson Controls standards & expectations prior to customer presentation and you close the deal.

· You are responsible for optimizing terms & conditions that impact Accounts Receivable (A/R) and assure full compliance with Johnson Controls’ financial standards.

· Of course all steps must be documented in the applicable sales tools effectively in order to plan, leverage and report on the business growth.

· As an expert in the business, you build & maintain a network of experts & industry contacts, solicit support from and communicate effectively with the broader Johnson Controls organization to promote customer satisfaction whilst respecting Johnson Controls strategies, processes and tools.

Education & experience

· A relevant education (technical/sales) or equivalent level based on experience in the fire & security industry .

· Fluent in Dutch, French & English, both written and spoken

· 5 - 7 Years of sales experience proving a well-developed sense of the customers business, their drivers, and organization; and In-depth industry and market knowledge.

· Skilled and experienced in cross selling and consultative selling - experience with collaborating across both client and own organization. Understands customers’ decision-making processes, buyers, and influences

· Strong Contract negotiation skills

· Knowledge of Fire & Security solutions is a plus.

· Financial and business acumen

· Knowledge of CRM for forecasting and tracking customers sales activities

    Service Technieker Security in Brussel om ons team te komen versterken. 

    Wat je zult doen:  

    Als Service Technieker Security sta je in voor onderhoud en reparatie van de alarmsystemen en elektronische beveiliging bij onze klanten. Als expert word je opgeroepen voor het onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen op inbraak, video, toegangscontrole en artikelbeveiliging systemen. Tevens het vernieuwen van ons bestaand park kan tot één van de mogelijkheden horen. 

    Ons kantoor is gevestigd in Groot-Bijgaarden maar je zal voornamelijk werken op de sites van onze klanten in Brussel en Vlaanderen. Je werkt in een regionaal team van ervaren collega´s die altijd bereid zijn om je te kunnen assisteren. Je bedient met jouw team een brede waaier van klanten, van particulieren tot grote spelers in de retail-, banken- en overheidssector.  

    Hoe je het zult doen:  

    In deze functie verzorg je: 

    • Het uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud op onze systemen. 

    • Het behandelen en verhelpen van storingsmeldingen. 

    • Installeren van aanpassingen of uitbreidingen op bestaande installaties. 

    • Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en advies geven. 

    • Afhankelijk van je werkervaring en kennisniveau zal je eveneens instaan voor een kleine inbedrijstelling van nieuwe installaties. 

    • We staan 24/24 ter beschikking van onze klanten. Na een intensieve opleidingsperiode, draai je mee in een 24 uur service stand- by dienst. 

    Waar we naar op zoek zijn:  

• • • Je hebt een goed inzicht in techniek en hebt een technische opleiding afgerond (A1/A2 Elektrotechniek/Elektomechanica/Elektronica) of je kan een gelijkwaardig niveau bewijzen door relevante ervaring.

    • Diploma´ VCA, BA5, hoogtewerker zijn een meerwaarde.

Over de functie:

Als Installatietechnicus Security bij Johnson Controls ben je een onmisbare schakel in ons team. Je werkt zelfstandig en komt terecht in ons portfolio van security producten. Hier zul je je bezighouden met installatie en probleemoplossingstaken, met de nadruk op CCTV, access, inbraak en intercom.

Je werkgebied is voornamelijk vlaanderen, maar omdat we in de diverse gebieden werkzaam zijn, zul je regelmatig op verschillende locaties werken.

Wat je gaat doen:

· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van security systemen

· Samenwerking is essentieel: je werkt nauw samen met je collega-installatietechnici.

· Problemen? Die los jij zelfstandig op met vastberadenheid en deskundigheid.

· Je levert de benodigde gegevens voor as-built documentatie in overeenstemming met de uitvoering.

· Grondige inspecties van de installaties volgens het protocol zijn een onderdeel van je werk, evenals het verifiëren of de ontwerpspecificaties worden nageleefd. Indien nodig neem je deel aan inspecties van installaties en voorzie je eindgebruikers van de benodigde training.

· Je onderscheidt je door uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en het overtreffen van verwachtingen om goede relaties met klanten en collega's te onderhouden en te versterken.

· Je volgt bedrijfsvoorschriften en procedures.

· In deze rol rapporteer je aan de project manager.

Depuis notre site à Affligem nous recherchons un nouveau collègue pour la fonction de : Technicien frigoriste industriel (H/F)

Notre département Industrial Refigeration installe, gère, entretien et dépanne les plus grandes installations frigorifiques et de pompes à chaleur du pays. Dans la pétrochimie, dans l’agro-alimentaire ou le pharma, nos équipes interviennent sur toute sortes d’installation de refroidissement de conservation ou de production. Nous sommes spécialisés dans les installations mettant en œuvre des fluides naturels tels que l’ammoniaque, le CO2, le propane et autres . C’est pourquoi nos techniciens font partie de l’élite des frigoristes du Benelux . Notre base opérationnelle est située à Affligem mais vous serez amené à parcourir l’entièreté de la Belgique pour mener à bien vos tâches.

Comment vous allez le faire :

• Vous êtes responsable de la maintenance régulière d’installations de refroidissement industrielles. Vous effectuez des relevés de fonctionnement et analysez les données. Vous effectuez des tâches d’entretien de routine inhérentes aux installations à l’ammoniaque
• Vous effectuez des contrôles réguliers des circuits hydrauliques, électriques, des systèmes de détections et systèmes d’alarme, des organes de sécurité, etc, et vous documentez les résultats.
• Vous détectez les anomalies de fonctionnement et êtes capable d’y remédier
• Vous proposez des pistes d’amélioration et d’optimalisation des installations
• Vous participez au démarrage et à la mise en service de nouvelles installations

Ce que nous recherchons :

• Baccalauréat technique (électricité, électronique ou électromécanique, HVAC-R)
• Obligatoire d'avoir déjà une expérience ou une formation démontrable avec l’ammoniaque, le CO2, le propane et autres !
• Certificat frigoriste cat 1
• Attestation BA4 / BA5 démontrant de vos connaissances en électricité
• Certificat VCA (ou prêt à suivre une formation), vous donnez la priorité à la sécurité
• Un certificat de conduite de nacelle/chariot élévateur est un plus
• Une expérience avec des installations NH3 sera grandement appréciée
• Vous avez une mentalité hands on , une grande implication et un souci du détail qui vous pousse à toujours rechercher la perfection, seul ou en équipe
• Vous maitrisez une des langues nationales et pouvez communiquer professionnellement dans l’autre, la connaissance de l’anglais peut être un atout.
• Vous êtes résistant au stress, aux températures extrêmes et aux environnements industriels

Solution Development Engineer   Security Solutions  

What you will do  

The Solution Development Engineer is a member of the sales support team for the division Fire and Security and reports to the Solution Development Manager. In this role you work closely with the sales- and operations team to develop the solid proposals and present the best possible security solution to the customer.  You will work within a dynamic environment where high quality and innovative solutions are the standard. 

You will manage the pre-sales-engineering process from the customer’s requirements translating it to a commercial offer which contains the best solution for the Client. You will mostly be involved in calculating the larger and more complex projects. 

The position is located in Groot Bijgaarde , however occasional travel to our customers is required.  

How you will do it  

As a Solution Development Engineer you have the ability to work out the best solution for the client technically and commercially. You will be in charge of your own process and are expected to collect all needed information within the deadlines. Responsibilities of your role include, but are not limited to: 

• Using the estimation tools & procedures 

• Management of data from previous calculations 

• Pre-bid review meetings 

• Evaluation of the risks which could impact prices 

• You manage /validate prices of subcontractors to incorporate in your calculation 

• Assistance in specification deviations or interpretation differences in relation to request from customer 

• Cooperation with sales- and operations team to understand the customer’s requirements 

• Site visits to understand customer’s requirements if needed 

• Updating price databases for materials / hourly rates etc. 

What we look for  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent degree.

Nous recherchons un Technicien Service BMS pour notre équipe sur Bruxelles.  

Qu’allez-vous faire  :

En tant que technicien/ingénieur en systèmes de gestion du bâtiment, vous êtes un expert en technologie de mesure et de contrôle, en automatisation et/ou en informatique. Après une période de formation sur le terrain et une formation théorique spécifique, vous intégrerez notre équipe « Field Service ». En tant qu'ingénieur/technicien vous êtes responsable de la mise en service ainsi que de la maintenance préventive et curative des installations BMS.

Notre bureau est situé à Grand-Bigard, mais vous travaillerez principalement sur la région Bruxelles. Vous travaillez au sein d'une équipe régionale de collègues expérimentés toujours prêts à vous aider.

Comment allez-vous le faire   

Dans ce poste, vous vous occuperez de: 

• Effectuer la maintenance planifiée de nos systèmes. 
• Traitement et résolution des messages d'erreur. 
• Installer des ajustements ou des extensions aux installations existantes. 
• Assurer le contact avec le client et prodiguer des conseils.
