Vacature omschrijving

Een Project Management Coach gaat mensen coachen en zorgt voor een klimaat waar mensen kunnen groeien. Als medewerker van het expertise team help je met onboarding, training, coaching en community werking van een grote groep IT Project Managers.

Jouw takenpakket als Project Management Coach:

  • Je komt terecht in het departement Colruyt Group IT als medewerker van het Project Management expertise team (VAK Team) en je coachtprojectmanagers in de verschillende methodologieën die er binnen de groep gebruikt worden (PCLC, Agile Starter Kit, DevOps…)
  • Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de communitywerking van de projectmanagers. Je zet deze verder op en bouwt ze uit door het organiseren van events, forums, …
  • Je optimaliseertmethodologieën en processen die een toegevoegde waarde zijn voor de projectmanagers-werking en je implementeert deze ook.
  • Je biedt 1 op 1 ondersteuning aan de projectmanagers als het gaat over onboarding, opleidingen en doorgroeitrajecten.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen steeds mee is met de laatste trends (door het geven van workshops, infosessies, …) en dat al deze content mooi gedocumenteerd staat. To support this ambition, we are looking for an Operations Project Manager/PMO to help scale our operations. Are you hands-on and ready to make an impact?

Your mission:

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations, making sure installation projects run smoothly, the supply chain is optimized, and customers get top-notch support.

Think of yourself as a Customer & Supplier Happiness Manager - your role has a direct impact on both!

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading & streamlining installation projects. Oversee our projects, ranging from a few hundred to several thousand devices, across Belgium, France, and future markets. You coordinate installations with our partners, monitor progress, and ensure qualitative processes in close collaboration with ThermoVault’s technical experts.
  • Managing suppliers & procurement. Oversee the Bill of Materials (BoM), handle supplier relations, manage contracts & order administration, streamline the compliance process for certifications, and evaluate new partners.
  • Optimizing logistics & stock management. Oversee inventory, delivery, and logistics together with your operations assistant, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
  • Enhancing customer & technical support. Coordinate troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring smooth post-installation support.
  • Driving continuous process improvement. Take ownership of refining and formalizing operational processes, with a focus on closing the remaining 20% of gaps to achieve operational excellence and scalability.
  • Ensuring strong cross-team communication. Lead and manage your small team and additionally, collaborate closely with sales and engineering to ensure seamless alignment between operations and business objectives.

Your profile:

  • Project Pro: 3+ years of experience in technical project coordination. You understand the key aspects of large-scale device installation projects.
  • Supply Chain Ace: experience with supply chain management and procurement, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Language Skills: fluent in English, good command of French. Dutch is a plus.
  • Structured Problem Solver: analytical mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • Strong Negotiator & Communicator: Comfortable interacting with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to align goals and drive execution.
  • Self-Starter: You can work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while taking full ownership of your tasks.
  • Value Driven: Ownership, excellence, and delivery are second nature to you.
