Responsibilities
Power BI Development:
- Create and manage advanced Power BI reports and dashboards, utilizing sophisticated DAX functions, calculations, and data models.

Your Profile
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Statistics.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on Power BI.
- Experience working with complex data environments, such as data warehousing and big data.
- Extensive knowledge of data modeling techniques, including star schema and dimensional modeling.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in Power BI (both Desktop and Service), including advanced DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with various database systems.
- Familiar with optimization techniques for Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Knowledgeable in data security best practices within Power BI.
Personal Skills:

Role Overview :
Join a small, high-impact Cash development team (6 people) to design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that underpin decision-making across a new cloud data warehouse used by 12 European countries. You’ll split your time between hands-on delivery and mentoring colleagues to elevate BI capabilities across the organization.
Tasks Overview :
Coaching & Mentoring (~50%)
- Coach IT developers and less-experienced business users on Power BI data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices, and self-service analytics.
Data Modeling & Report Development (~50%)
- Design, implement, and maintain robust semantic models to enable scalable, performant, and consistent reporting.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in a multi-country, multi-user environment.
- Choose and manage appropriate connectivity modes (Import, DirectQuery, Live Connection).
- Develop and optimize Power BI reports/dashboards, translating business requirements into accessible, high-impact visuals.
- Structure workspaces, manage deployment pipelines, and ensure lifecycle best practices.
- Help migrate CashSSP data warehouse to the cloud and convert numerous static SAP BO (WEBI/PDF) reports into Power BI while preserving business requirements.
Skils & Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Power BI Expert in a complex enterprise environment; strong communicator and mentor.
- DAX, Power Query, Power BI Desktop/Service expertise; SQL proficiency.
- Solid background in data modeling, transformation, and integration; ability to design semantic layers for consistency and performance.
- Experience with RLS, connectivity mode selection, deployment pipelines, workspace structuring, and report lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, UX, and accessibility principles.
- Azure or other cloud platform familiarity preferred; SAP BO knowledge is a significant advantage; paginated reports experience is a plus.
- Languages: Dutch or French (professional working proficiency) and English (full professional proficiency).
