Dans le cadre de notre développement et pour garantir la performance de notre datacenter, nous recherchons un Technicien Maintenance Électricité et Mécanique (H/F). Vous serez responsable de la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations électriques et mécaniques, en assurant un haut niveau de disponibilité des équipements critiques.
Vos missions principales :
+ Effectuer les interventions de maintenance préventive et curative sur les équipements électriques (onduleurs, groupes électrogènes, tableaux électriques, etc.) et mécaniques (climatisation, systèmes de refroidissement, ventilation).
+ Exécuter des petits travaux d'installation techniques
+ Veiller au respect des procédures de sécurité
+ Participer aux tests périodiques des systèmes de secours et de redondance.
+ Travailler aussi bien en équipe que de manière autonome.
+ Vous étes prêt à rentrer dans un système de garde (après période de formation)
Profil recherché :
+ Formation : Certificat d'Enseignement Secondaire Supérieur.
+ Expérience : Débutant et Junior. Une première expérience en maintenance électrique ou mécanique, de préférence dans un environnement sensible tel qu'un datacenter, un hôpital ou une industrie, est un atout majeur.

As we expand our operations across Europe – we are looking to recruit a Data Center Engineer in Brussels (Mechanical/Electrical).
This is an exciting time to join the team as we step up operations in new countries and commence work on new and challenging projects. As a result of this growth, we are looking to recruit and develop a Junior Data Center Shift Engineer.
The Data Center Shift Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues.
The Data Center Shift Engineer serves as a technical resource reporting to the Data Center Site Manager and third-party vendors. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, standby diesel generators, switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems.
**This position will requires day shift and night shift working including weekends**
Primary Duties:
- Develops creative approaches to keep operational costs to a minimum, improve efficiency, and implements new strategies for Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Life Safety systems.
- Tests performance of electromechanical assemblies and electronic volt meters.
- Reads blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of processes.
- Inspects equipment for defects, leaks, and potential issues.
- Installs electrical/electronic parts and hardware in housings/assemblies with hand tools.
- Aligns, fits or assembles component parts using hand/power tools.
- Operates, monitors, maintains, and responds to abnormal conditions in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Life Safety, Security Systems, Building Monitoring Systems, and control systems.
- Analyze systems to ensure best practice for internal/external customers.
- Provides feedback on effectiveness of existing standards and processes.
- Works with contractors and consultants to review quality assurance for all system expansions, corrections, and upgrades.
- Collaborates on the tracking and completing aggressive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Collaborates on determining maintenance requirements for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety systems, and security systems.
- Complete planned and ad-hoc preventive maintenance work assignments
- Conduct periodic inspections of building systems, i.e., HVAC, electrical distribution, maintain mechanical equipment rooms to ensure clean and safe conditions.
- Rapid response, investigation, and management of indoor emergency situations and air quality complaints
- Have a complete working knowledge of creating, closing, and tracking "work requests" (WR). Initiate or respond to work orders, follow-up and verify completion of work.
- Monitor performance/note deficiencies of service contractors and recommend changes as necessary.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Completion of documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents and requests.
Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems
- Mechanical and/or Electrical training/education, with particular focus in power
- Working knowledge of maintaining critical systems such as generators, CRAC units and UPS systems
- Must be willing to work 12hr shifts (days & nights)

+ Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of Mechanical/HVAC, experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
+ Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 50 lbs (23 kg) of equipment, the required use of safety equipment such as limited weight bearing work platforms, ladders, step stools and personal protective equipment (PPE) like safety harnesses in accordance with safety and ergonomic guidelines and assessments.
+ Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 5 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical/cooling distribution systems or construction/technical environment or in a related field.
+ Experience in data centers, hospitals, or power plants.
+ Knowledge of meters, devices, sensors, and troubleshooting utilizing standard hand tools, digital metering, or calibration/diagnostic equipment.
+ Knowledge of mechanical systems used in a data center environment (e.g. chillers, air handling units, pumps and CRAC/CRAH units).
+ Ability to communicate with contractors who perform maintenance or upgrade work on the data center systems.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and HVAC systems in the world. Facilities Technicians at Google data centers operate, monitor and support physical facilities conditions. Some of these duties will include heating and cooling of air and water, power supply, generators, UPS systems, electrical distribution and control and monitoring systems. You regularly help inspect, maintain and repair various data center systems such as piping and non-critical electrical or mechanical system components).
As an advocate for best practices, you develop creative approaches to reducing operational costs while improving overall data center efficiency. You ensure that environmental and safety standards are consistently met, identifying problems and making repairs quickly. In emergency situations or abnormal conditions, you manage data center performance issues and outages to minimize the recovery time from failures.
As a Facilities Technician, you will operate, monitor, and support physical facilities conditions for the data centers.

+ Manage the uptime and maintenance of water pumps and treatment systems, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and control, and monitor systems.
+ Operate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in the data center facilities systems and equipment.
+ Support startup, commissioning, and integration of new mechanical equipment and systems into facilities infrastructure.
