We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery to join our client's team in Brussels.

You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery and related ITOM modules to enable automated, accurate visibility into infrastructure and services.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on consultant with proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM, capable of bridging technical and business requirements, and fluent in Dutch or French with good English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver ServiceNow ITOM Discovery implementations and enhancements.
• Design and configure Discovery probes, patterns, and credentials to ensure complete and accurate discovery.
• Integrate ServiceNow Discovery with CMDB, ensuring data quality, normalization, and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide best practices and guidance for ITOM process automation and CMDB governance.
• Troubleshoot discovery issues and optimize performance.
• Support upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training to internal teams and clients.

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, CI Classes, relationships, and service mapping concepts.
• Experience configuring patterns, probes, MID Servers, and credentials.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, databases, cloud platforms).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python) is a plus.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Je wordt actief betrokken in IT-gerelateerde consultancy opdrachten en in projecten bij externe klanten

What You’ll Be Doing

• Understand the business: Work closely with clients to analyze their existing workflows across departments like sales, service, or logistics.

• Run implementation projects: Lead projects from initial analysis to rollout — including documentation, testing, user training, and support.

Based in Belgium with hybrid working available. Applicants must currently reside in Belgium and be fluent in Dutch. No visa sponsorship or relocation support is offered for this role.

Salary:

Up to €75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end D365 CE solutions for clients, either from a functional or technical perspective
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into tailored system designs
• Configure, customise and, where applicable, develop extensions within D365 CE and Power Platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Provide training, documentation and ongoing support to users

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and the ability to align technology with business needs
• Technical consultants should be proficient with development tools such as JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform customisations
• Functional consultants should demonstrate strong client-facing skills, business analysis and configuration expertise
• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and legally authorised to work in Belgium without sponsorship
