As a Business Development Representative, you will manage our inbound channels and serve as the first point of contact for all incoming leads. You'll engage with prospects across various platforms, including email, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and other experimental channels.

  • Write great, personal and relevant emails and messages to prospects

  • Build and engage with different types of lists of prospects

  • Build out cadences/sequences in your sales engagement system

  • Follow up with prospects

  • Collaborate with and support Account Executives in the first touch points of our sales cycle

  • Het coördineren van het opzetten van onze producten bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten

  • Offertes en contracten opmaken en opvolgen zowel binnen het bedrijf als naar de klant toe.

  • Je volgt de klant op van lead tot renewal.

  • Zorgen voor een tijdige en nauwkeurige pipelinevoorspellingen en -rapportage.

  • Ondersteunen bij het opbouwen van sterke, duurzame klantrelaties.

Wat zijn je taken?

  • Als Business Development Manager ben jij het gezicht van Phished in Frankrijk. Je combineert outbound en inbound activiteiten (50/50) om nieuwe kansen te genereren en de markt te ontwikkelen.

  • Nieuwe klanten binnenhalen: Identificeer, benader en sluit deals met bedrijven in Frankrijk.

  • De markt uitbouwen: Ontwikkel strategieën om onze aanwezigheid in Frankrijk te versterken.

  • Sterke klantrelaties opbouwen: Creëer duurzame partnerships met klanten, van KMO’s tot grote ondernemingen.

  • Coördineren van implementaties: Zorg voor een naadloze onboarding van klanten.

  • Pipeline beheren: Rapporteer nauwkeurig over voortgang en forecast omzet.

  • Samenwerken met teams: Werk nauw samen met marketing, sales en productteams om resultaten te behalen.

Als CLBR Consulting staan wij onze klant bij in het rekruteren van nieuwe werknemers. Onze klanten zijn werkgevers die mensen aanwerven met een contract van onbepaalde duur en zonder interim periode. Wij doen een eerste gesprek met jou ter ondersteuning van onze klant en als het enthousiasme langs beide kanten even groot is heb je meteen een gesprek met de persoon die aanwerft.

In deze post zijn wij ingehuurd door een familiebedrijf met meer dan 90 jaar ervaring in HVAC-systemen voor grootschalige internationale industriële projecten. Ter versterking van hun positie in België en Luxemburg, zoeken ze een Business Development Manager die mee wil bouwen aan groei en klantgerichte oplossingen.

Wat staat er op jouw agenda?

  • Identificatie, acquisitie en benadering van nieuwe potentiële klanten.

  • Actief bouwen aan duurzame, sterke klantrelaties in België & Luxemburg met de eindklant en installateurs. Focus ligt op de grote industriële projecten zoals werkplaatsen, bedrijfsgebouwen en magazijnen.

  • Klanten technisch én commercieel adviseren over duurzame HVAC-oplossingen zoals warmtepompen en gas-infraroodverwarming

  • Offertes op maat uitwerken, opvolgen en ervoor zorgen dat de handtekening er komt
