This position is in Cargill's agricultural supply chain business. We sit at the heart of the supply chain, partnering with farmers and customers to source, make and deliver essential products.
**Job Purpose and Impact**
As a Process Improvement Engineer, your primary mission is to drive process improvements across multiple facilities, including a refinery, a vegetable oil biodiesel plant, and a waste-based biodiesel plant. You'll be working in a multi-skilled, integrated team to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and sustain improvements
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Directly provide updates on the project objectives, performance measures, issues and risks to senior staff.
+ Identify, monitor, and implement continuous improvement best practices.
+ Develop and handle continuous improvement plans for projects with low to medium cost and risk in order to reach and sustain project goals.
+ Conduct organization readiness assessments, value realization, opportunity prioritization, resource evaluation and execute continuous improvement strategies that meet business requirements.
+ Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
+ A results-driven Continuous Improvement Specialist with a strong mechanical and reliability engineering background. Experienced in collaborating closely with reliability departments to reduce emergency losses and enhance equipment uptime. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in refinery and biodiesel operations, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive sustainable process and asset improvements.

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
+ Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience.

Als Process Improvement Analyst ben jij de motor achter procesoptimalisatie en automatisatie . Je brengt knelpunten in kaart, vertaalt noden naar technische oplossingen en coördineert verbetertrajecten van A tot Z. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend:
- Analyse en optimalisatie van operationele en administratieve processen

Verder heb je een goede kennis van SQL en Java Groovy programmering . Ook ben je vertrouwd met project management, het opstellen van SOP's & gedetailleerde rapporten en stakeholdermanagement. Daarnaast heb je een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en ben je communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en Engels . Tot slot ben je een empathische people manager met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.

As part of Business Operations team, manage the end to end process for Contingent Workers on behalf of Services Europe. Manage contractual operations through the p2p process
and interface with business and suppliers on requirements for delivery
All About the Role
- Primary support for signature of European Contracts.
o Coordinating contracting signatures across sales, legal, and external clients and vendors
o Supporting efforts to streamline and automate
- Execute across Workday (personnel, Coupa (procurement), and Oracle (financial) systems to onboard contingent workers and fulfil 3rd party agreements
- Classify contract to the new Contingent Worker taxonomy
- Enter profiles into Workday
- Handling contractual operations and follow up

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a customer in the agriculture and food sector in Leuven for a long-term freelance mission. You will play a key role in a digitization program aimed at improving end-to-end supply chain processes through the implementation of a new cloud-based supply chain management platform.
The objective of the program is to replace legacy tools and manual workflows with an integrated digital solution that enhances visibility, collaboration, and process efficiency across planning, procurement, production, and logistics functions.

- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews with supply chain process owners

Profile
