De job van een Business Process Analyst
- Als Business Process Analyst breng je de processen van verschillende afdelingen binnen Meat&More in kaart en werk je verbetervoorstellen uit. Het doel? Zorgen dat onze medewerkers en middelen optimaal worden ingezet en dat de processen effectief en efficiënt verlopen.
- Je brengt de huidige processen van verschillende afdelingen in kaart door diepgaande overlegmomenten met de betrokken medewerkers.
- Je slaagt erin concrete noden scherp te stellen en geoptimaliseerde totaaloplossingen te realiseren samen met alle betrokkenen.
- Je formuleert daartoe ook zelf verbetervoorstellen op basis van je analyse.Je definieert relevante KPI's om de processen op te volgen en last een follow-upmoment in om dit te evalueren.
- Je helpt op een projectmatige manier mee aan de implementatie van de nieuwe processen.
- Je neemt een actieve rol op in lopende projecten binnen de eigen procesafdeling.

As part of Business Operations team, manage the end to end process for Contingent Workers on behalf of Services Europe. Manage contractual operations through the p2p process
and interface with business and suppliers on requirements for delivery
All About the Role
- Primary support for signature of European Contracts.
o Coordinating contracting signatures across sales, legal, and external clients and vendors
o Supporting efforts to streamline and automate
- Execute across Workday (personnel, Coupa (procurement), and Oracle (financial) systems to onboard contingent workers and fulfil 3rd party agreements

Pour l'un de nos clients, dans le cadre du déploiement de SAP et des systèmes MES, nous recherchons un Business Process Lead spécialisé dans la production (consultant freelance).
Ce rôle consiste à coordonner les activités entre les différents représentants des ateliers de production, sans prendre de décisions finales, lesquelles restent de la responsabilité du Business Process Owner (BPO).).
- Responsabilité
- Coordonner les besoins et les contributions des représentants de chaque atelier de production pour l'implémentation des modules SAP PP et MES.
- Faciliter et assurer la liaison entre les équipes de production et les équipes techniques pour garantir que les fonctionnalités des systèmes correspondent aux besoins des ateliers.
- Contribuer à la création de scénarios de test et à la validation des fonctionnalités SAP et MES pour different type de production.
- Participer activement à la migration des données et à la préparation des environnements de test.

- Qualifications
