Discription

• Gestion du service client par téléphone et par e-mail (questions, conseils, suivi des commandes, réclamations, etc.)
• Encodage et traitement des commandes clients dans le système
• Suivi des plaintes et coordination des solutions avec les départements concernés
• Mise à jour régulière des listes de produits dans les bases de données internes
• Traduction de noms de produits, de documents internes ou de communications vers/depuis le français, l’allemand et le néerlandais
• Soutien administratif général : archivage, préparation de documents, gestion de fichiers

Profil

• Maîtrise parfaite de l’allemand et du français. Chaque autre langue est un atout.
• Expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire en Customer Service ou Support Client.
• Vous êtes orienté(e) client et possédez un excellent sens du service.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
• Capacité à gérer les réclamations de manière professionnelle, empathique et efficace
• Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (MS Office, ERP, CRM, e-mailing, etc.)
• Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation dans la gestion des tâches administratives
• Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et orienté clients
• Flexibilité et attitude proactive face aux demandes variées du poste
• Précision dans le traitement des commandes, données clients et documents internes
• Capacité à traduire ou adapter des textes

As a Client Service Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for external talent, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and suppliers.

This role is based primarily on-site in Antwerp, with occasional travel to another location within the province and the flexibility to work from home.

Your responsibilities

• Manage the full procure-to-pay process, from requisition creation to contractor start of assignment and invoicing.
• Maintain and optimize vendor management software (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Beeline).
• Act as the key liaison between hiring managers, suppliers, and freelancers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in recruitment, staffing, or contractor management (preferably in Engineering).
• Experience with e-procurement, VMS, or ATS tools is a strong plus.
• External talent management experience at other programs is a major benefit.
• Dutch is your native language, with a good command of English.
• Fluency in French is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint & OneNote.

Onze afdeling « External Asset Managers » (EAM) biedt onafhankelijke vermogensbeheerders zijn depotbankdiensten aan voor hun particuliere en levensverzekeringsklanten.

Ter versterking van het EAM-team, zijn wij op zoek naar een “Client Service Officer” voor ons filiaal in Brussel.

In deze functie, ondersteunt u de “Relationship Manager EAM” van ons filiaal en werkt u nauw samen met het EAM-team gevestigd in het hoofdkantoor in Luxemburg.

Uw voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden zijn :

• Het verwerken van aanvragen om rekeningen te openen, een eerste analyse maken in overeenstemming met de geldende wetgeving om volledige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige dossiers over te dragen aan de Relationship Manager EAM.
• Het beheren alle documentaire en administratieve aspecten met betrekking tot in- en uitgaande kasstromen (controles, analyses en call-backs), leningen (nieuwe aanvragen, verlengingen, …) en klantgegevens in samenwerking met de Relationship Manager en de onafhankelijke vermogensbeheerder (ontbrekende documenten, rekeningoverzicht, .).
• Beantwoorden van dagelijkse verzoeken van klanten (onafhankelijke vermogensbeheerder, levensverzekeringsmaatschappijen, particuliere klanten) om hen volledige tevredenheid te geven.
• Fungeren als link tussen klanten, de Relationship Manager EAM en interne operationele afdelingen.

• Houder van een bachelordiploma in management, bankwezen of financiën.
• U hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als Client Service Officer met particuliere en/of institutionele klanten.
• U hebt een goede kennis van AML-aspecten.
• U hebt uitstekende interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en stelt de kwaliteit van de klantenservice centraal.
• U bent dynamisch, houdt van afwisselende taken en klantencontact, en bent nauwgezet en georganiseerd.
• Behendig, u kan gemakkelijk jongleren met een grote verscheidenheid aan administratieve taken en u weet hoe uw taken moet prioriteren.
• U hebt een perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en Frans (gesproken en geschreven).
