Descriptif Professionnel
responsable de la planification, de l’organisation, de la direction et du contrôle des projets de modernisation de l’infrastructure IT, couvrant les réseaux, datacenters, environnements cloud et solutions de virtualisation.
Ses missions
o Définir et piloter le planning global, budgets et gouvernance des projets de modernisation.
o Superviser plusieurs projets simultanés : migration vers le cloud (Azure/AWS), modernisation LAN/WAN, renouvellement de datacenters, virtualisation (VMware/Kubernetes).
o Coordonner les équipes techniques internes et prestataires externes (intégrateurs, opérateurs).
o S’assurer de la conformité aux délais et budgets, en appliquant des méthodologies de gestion (PMBoK, Prince2, SAFe).
o Gérer les risques techniques, financiers et organisationnels, et définir les plans de mitigation.
o Superviser le transfert et l’industrialisation des projets pour garantir la continuité opérationnelle.
o Assurer une communication claire avec toutes les parties prenantes : direction, utilisateurs, services techniques, fournisseurs.
Profil recherché
Senior Project Manager expérimenté, avec forte expertise en infrastructure IT (réseaux, datacenters, cloud) et expérience confirmée en programmes de transformation complexes et multi-sites.
• certification PMP ou Prince2 Practitioner
• Savoir gérer un programme de modernisation d’infrastructures IT à grande échelle (>5M€ de budget)
• Savoir gérer des projets de migration vers le cloud (Azure/AWS)
• Certification Agile (Scrum Master ou SAFe)
Savoir gérer la coordination entre équipes techniques et partenaires externes dans un contexte de transformation.
• Savoir gérer les risques liés à la migration cloud et au renouvellement de datacenters

In 2026 hebben de Diensten IT Operations en Facility van de Nationale Loterij een reeks belangrijke projecten gepland waarvoor de aanwerving vereist is van een polyvalente IT-kracht (M/V/X) om de operationele support van projecten te begeleiden.
Eigenlijk kan je takenpakket worden opgesplitst in twee grote categorieën

Jouw taken als IT infrastructure technician
- Je ondersteunt technische voorbereiding en uitvoering van infrastructuurwerken,

- Je houdt toezicht op de implementatie en controle van transformaties, zowel technisch als operationeel,

Over de Rol
De IT Infrastructuurafdeling (±130 FTE) vormt een kritische pijler binnen CM en staat in voor de beschikbaarheid, betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van alle IT-systemen. De afdeling beheert de netwerk- en cloudinfrastructuur, databases, middleware en integratieplatformen die essentieel zijn voor de digitale werking van CM. De Manager IT Infrastructure (Networking, Data) stuurt een 40-tal medewerkers aan, georganiseerd in een 4-tal Agile platformteams: Networking, Network Security, Database, Data.
Verantwoordelijkheden van de teams:
- Vaste, eerste contactpunten voor 2nd en 3rd line support & build activiteiten
- Planning, projectleiding en coördinatie van de grote infrastructuur changes en projecten, met focus op de infrastructuurcomponenten: networking, network security, databases en data
- Cross-functionele automatisatie gefocust op het leveren van end-to-end infrastructuurservices
- Opzetten en onderhouden van monitoring en planningsprocessen
Als IT Manager Infrastructure ben je verantwoordelijk voor vijf belangrijke domeinen:
- Strategisch leiderschap: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van CM’s netwerk en data strategie inclusief C-level advies mbt technologische ontwikkelingen, operationele efficiëntie, risicobeheer en compliance.
- People management & teamontwikkeling: Leiden en coachen van 4 gespecialiseerde teams (agile en DevOps), cultiveren van samenwerking in een high-performance team cultuur, talentmanagement en mentoring, optimaliseren van samenwerking tussen IT en de business.
- Operationeel beheer & optimalisatie: met focus op netwerken en data-platformen. Implementeren en handhaven van ITIL-processen, aansturen van monitoring en prestatieoptimalisatie.
- Budgetbeheer en leveranciersmanagement: Beheer van het jaarlijkse IT-infrastructuur budget (OPEX / CAPEX) en zoeken naar efficiënte kostenoptimalisatie strategieën. Samenwerken met strategische IT-partners en providers om contracten te onderhandelen en SLA’s te beheren. Kwalificaties
Je hebt een universitaire opleiding in ICT of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Daarnaast beschik je over minimum 10 jaar ervaring in ICT, aanvullend heb je min 5 jaar ervaring in een ICT managementfunctie in een groot bedrijf of organisatie.
Vereiste Vaardigheden
- Je hebt kennis van de werking van netwerken, netwerk security (firewall, WAF, .) en core infrastructuur (Datacenter, servers, virtualisatie, .).
- Je begrijpt o.a. de netwerk OSI laag, hypervisor architectuur, kennis van cloud design is een grote troef.
- Je beschikt over een brede kennis en ervaring op het vlak van ICT processen (ITIL) en infrastructuurbeheer.
- Ervaring met Agile Scrum binnen infrastructuur is een groot pluspunt, een Agile mindset is een must.
- DEVOPS ervaring is een absolute troef.
- Ervaring met voorbereiden van openbare aanbesteding is een pluspunt.
- Je begrijpt het design dat door de solution architecten is gemaakt.
- Je hebt ervaring met het managen van infrastructuurprojecten.
- Met je persoonlijke uitstraling, uitgesproken visie en goede globale ICT-kennis en ervaring ben je in staat een stevig leiderschap uit te bouwen.
- Je management- en communicatiestijl stimuleren samenwerking en maken je tot een enthousiaste coach en people manager.
- Je streeft naar resultaten en maximale klanttevredenheid.
- Je hebt de natuurlijke ambitie om je medewerkers verder te ontwikkelen en de processen waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent continu te optimaliseren.

As an IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will contribute to the architecture, implementation, and management of secure, scalable IT infrastructures. You will act as a technical reference point on system engineering, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and network technologies while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement efforts.
This is a cross-functional role, ideal for profiles such as: System Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Cybersecurity Engineer, Linux/Windows Engineer, Network Engineer, Solution Architect, or Infrastructure Project Manager.
Your responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support infrastructure solutions (on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments)
- Manage Windows and Linux systems across development, staging, and production
- Configure and monitor network infrastructure (routing, switching, VPN, Firewall)
- Implement cybersecurity practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver infrastructure projects (migrations, rollouts, integrations)
- Document solutions and contribute to IT architecture and security strategy
- Ensure service reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure components
Your profile
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure roles
