Le département Digital Business Solutions (Dbs) soutient l'ensemble des activités « métier » de Sibelga. Il veille à doter Sibelga d'une informatique autonome, au GRE de l'évolution de ses besoins et des technologies.
Au sein du département Dbs, l'unité : IT Service management -ERP-Tranest structuré autour de trois composantes principales:
Applicative / projets: L'équipe ERP est responsable des applications essentielles au fonctionnement interne de l'entreprise (Finances, Logistique, Ressources Humaines), principalement via la suite SAP et ses applications connexes. Elle assure leur évolution, ainsi que le support de second niveau en cas d'incident.
Opérationnel / support: L'équipe User Support & iMac gère les incidents de première ligne via le Service Desk, fournit le support direct aux utilisateurs, et prend en charge la livraison et gestion du matériel informatique nécessaire à l'usage quotidien des applications.
Enabler / Gouvernanceles équipes Transition Management et Test Management encadrent les processus transversaux pour tout le Département IT. Elles déploient les méthodologies liées au Change & Release Management, Configuration Management, Demand Management et Testing Management afin de garantir une transition fluide du développement à la production.
Au sein de cette unité nous recherchons un(e) IT Resilience Manager qui répondra directement à l'Unit Manager
Votre job
En votre qualité d'IT Resilience Manager, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans la poursuite des opérations commerciales et la gestion efficace des incidents.
Ce rôle englobe la coordination des incidents majeurs, la gestion des problèmes et la gestion du plan de reprise après sinistre (DRP).
En tant que coordinateur des incidents majeurs, vous êtes responsable de la gestion et de la coordination des incidents informatiques majeurs (en moyenne 10 incidents majeurs par an) qui ont un impact sur les services critiques de l'entreprise.
Vous assurez une communication efficace entre les équipes techniques, les acteurs économiques et la direction, tout en favorisant une restauration rapide des services (résolution des incidents) et une correction structurelle (résolution des problèmes).
Lorsqu'un incident majeur est détecté, vous déclencherez et gérerez le processus d'incident majeur:
Mise en place d'un groupe de travail doté des ressources nécessaires à l'enquête et à la résolution des problèmes.
Direction du groupe de travail pour résoudre l'incident dans les plus brefs délais.
Communication avec les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes par les canaux convenus, dès que possible après la détection de l'incident et régulièrement jusqu'à sa résolution.
Organisation des changements en tant que propriétaire du changement (gestion des demandes de changement (CR) - validation des CAB - organisation du déploiement)
Documentation de l'incident en suivant le processus convenu, direction de l'analyse post-incident et consignation de la documentation dans l'outil ITSM.
Direction de la définition et de la résolution des problèmes.
En tant que gestionnaire des problèmes, vous êtes responsable de la gestion du processus de gestion des problèmes. Vous êtes responsable de la conception, de la mise en oeuvre, de la gouvernance et de l'amélioration continue du processus de gestion des problèmes. Bien que ce processus soit déjà défini, il n'est pas appliqué de manière cohérente dans l'ensemble de l'organisation. Par conséquent, une évaluation complète et une refonte du processus sont nécessaires pour garantir alignement, efficacité et cohérence.
En tant que gestionnaire du plan de reprise après sinistre (DRP), vous êtes responsable de la planification, de la mise en oeuvre et du maintien des mesures qui veillent à la récupération des systèmes et des données en cas de sinistre. Ce rôle consiste à identifier les risques potentiels, à élaborer des plans d'urgence et à tester ces plans pour en assurer l'efficacité. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec différents services afin de vous assurer que les opérations commerciales peuvent reprendre rapidement et efficacement après un sinistre, en minimisant les temps d'arrêt et/ou les pertes de données.
Votre profil
Diplôme universitaire de niveau Master :
Ingénieur civil ou industriel ou en sciences informatiques/technologiques.
Formation à l'évaluation des risques, à la gestion des crises et à la planification des interventions d'urgence.
Expérience de 5 à 10 ans au moins dans un contexte technique et opérationnel important ou dans un département informatique complexe.
Expérience professionnelle dans la gestion d'opérations informatiques, avec un accent particulier sur la gestion des incidents et de la résilience.
Bonne compréhension de l'infrastructure informatique, des protocoles de sécurité et des mesures de sauvegarde et de récupération des données.
Capacité à comprendre les liens entre les applications commerciales et l'infrastructure informatique.

Als Teamlead IT Service Management neem je verantwoordelijkheid over IT service management en stuur je de verschillende verantwoordelijken van de ITIL-processen aan. L'éventail de vos tâches est le suivant
Planifier et superviser le projet en fonction des objectifs à atteindre
élaborer et tenir à jour le plan du projet
Assurer le suivi des milestones et des deadlines techniques et fonctionnelles
Gérer l'avancement du projet et l'utilisation des ressources et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires
Consulter les différentes parties prenantes et les autres project managers sur le travail à effectuer
Délivrer les produits prévus dans le plan du projet
Assurer le suivi et le traitement des problèmes/risques consignés dans le registre des problèmes/risques
Gérer et suivre le calendrier de l'équipe de projet
Effectuer une évaluation de fin de projet et préparer un rapport de fin de projet et sur les 'lessons learned'
Préparer des recommandations concernant d'éventuelles actions de suivi
Description de profil
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'un Bachelor dans une matière liée à l'informatique ou équivalent par expérience
Vous démontrez au moins de 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire
Compétences techniques:
Vous démontrez d'une connaissance approfondie de l'IT (applications, interfaces, architecture .).
Vous démontrez d'expérience et connaissance de la gestion de projets informatiques et des méthodologies de gestion de projet applicables
Vous avez de l'expérience en matière d'utilisation d'outils de gestion de projet
Vous avez des connaissances en service management
Vous avez des connaissances ou vous êtes disposé à en acquérir en matière de ERP dans le domaine des ressources humaines (PeopleSoft HCM, SAP HR).
Idéalement, vous êtes familier des processus et procédures du secteur public.
Vous êtes un bon organisateur et un initiateur avec une attitude proactive (dans chaque mission, vous travaillerez de manière méthodique et orientée vers les processus).
Vous êtes orienté client et défenseur d'une prestation de services de qualité.
