En tant qu'Ingénieur Qualité CND, vous intervenez sur un périmètre à la fois opérationnel, technique et relationnel, au croisement du terrain, des normes qualité et des procédés de contrôle.
Responsable de la validation et du suivi des procédés de contrôle non destructif, vous élaborez les procédures, supervisez leur application, réalisez les audits et formez les opérateurs CND.
Vos missions sont de :
- Assurer la qualification et le suivi des procédés CND, incluant la mise en service de nouveaux équipements, l'upgrade ou le rétrofit d'installations existantes.
- Préparer et conduire les audits qualité, internes et externes (clients, Nadcap) : construire les plans d'action, traiter les non-conformités, assurer leur suivi.
- Réaliser des audits chez nos fournisseurs et prononcer leur qualification, en les accompagnant dans leur démarche d'amélioration continue.
- Être en relation directe avec les clients, les opérateurs et les ingénieurs concepteurs pour leur partager votre expertise technique.
- Accompagner les opérateurs CND dans l'atelier tant sur la mise en œuvre des procédés que sur le résultat des inspections (produit non conforme)
- Suivre la qualification des opérateurs CND : veiller à leur montée en compétence, organiser et renouveler leurs audits annuels.
- Définir et mettre à jour les procédures d'inspection, les gammes de contrôle et les outillages associés, en intégrant les contraintes liées à la sécurité aérienne, aux procédés, aux produits, aux coûts et aux risques.
- Participer aux nouvelles industrialisations avec les équipes méthodes et valider les dossiers associés avec les clients internes et externes.
- Lors de la conception de nouveaux produits, apporter votre support au bureau d'étude pour définir les exigences CND associées.
- Contribuer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges d'achat de nouveaux équipements CND.
- Contribuer activement aux réseaux d'experts CND du groupe Safran : échanges de bonnes pratiques, rédaction de spécifications, .

Vos compétences techniques :
- Master en Ingénieur Industriel, ou équivalent.

We are looking for a Project Finance Controller to join our Europe & Asia Business Management team on a permanent basis to drive the financial performance of the ICF activities.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Project Financial Management & Analysis**
+ Monitor, analyse and interpret project financial performance in close collaboration with Project Managers and Directors.

**Revenue Recognition & Reporting**
+ Ensure revenue is recognised correctly and consistently across all projects, fully aligned with accounting standards and internal policies.
+ Prepare and deliver management reporting packages (MIS), including revenue, cost analysis, margin movements, and detailed commentary.
**Billing, Cash Flow & WIP Management**
+ Prepare timely and accurate client billing in coordination with Project Managers.
+ Monitor aged debts, collaborate with Treasury on collections, and support actions to reduce WIP and overdue balances.
+ Contribute to cash flow estimates and forecasting.
**Accruals & Month-End Close**
+ Calculate and post monthly subcontractor and freelancer accruals, ensuring completeness and correct cut-off.
+ Support month-end close activities including reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
**Project Governance & PM Support**
+ Lead or participate in project financial reviews to identify risks, required write-downs, claims handling, and necessary corrective actions.
