+ Lead the regional team of Field service managers and Performance Managers across multiple countries dealing with complex technical equipment and highly sophisticated range of products/services.

**Qualifications**
**Education Required**
+ Bachelors in engineering or relevant job experience preferred.
**Work Experience Required**

+ Demonstrated business acumen including P&L management, financial planning, budgeting and negotiation skills.
+ Experience of operating in a complex international/matrix organisation, with relatively independent and remote locations.

Ervaring op het gebied van software en/of hardware van veiligheidssystemen of met de installatie ervan is zeker een meerwaarde. In deze functie ondersteun je de Field Service Leader door de volgende werkzaamheden uit te voeren op beveiligingsprojecten :
Werkzaamheden:
· Configuratie en indienstname van nieuwe veiligheidssystemen, eventueel in samenwerking met onderaannemer(s)
· Programmeren van de beheersoftware op basis van de klantenspecificaties
· Opvolging van de verschillende fasen van de tot u toegewezen projecten
· Beheer van project-technische documenten
· On-site training & advies aan klanten m.b.t. de werking van hun veiligheidssystemen
· Begeleiden van installatiekeuringen samen een erkend keuringsorganisme
· Je rapporteert aan de Field Service Leader
Profiel:
· Je hebt een Bachelor/Master diploma in Elektronica, Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of je bent in het bezit van een diploma stuur -en beveilingstechnieken.
· Ervaring in de beveiligingssector is een plus, kennis van elektronica & ICT is vereist.
· Je kan zowel in team als zelfstandig werken
· Je bent klantgericht en hebt uitstekendecommunicatievaardigheden
· Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is verreist, Engels & Frans is een plus
· Idealiter woon je in de ruime regio Antwerpen, Brussel.
· Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs

**Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?**
+ Onderhouden en herstellen van verscheidene Honeywell regeltechnische installaties en eventuele aanverwante componenten.
+ Op termijn: Opstarten en programmeren van nieuwe installaties + uitvoeren van functionele testen en het installeren van eventuele software updates.
+ Beheren en analyseren van het gebouwenbeheersysteem.
+ Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantentevredenheid door hen op de juiste manier te woord te staan en hen te helpen om hun installatie beter te beheren.
+ Verbeteringsvoorstellen maken, voor een betere werking en lager energieverbruik. Nadien ook helpen bij de uitwerking ervan.
+ Mee bouwen aan een goede teamgeest binnen het team waarin je zal werken.
+ Je bent bereid op termijn mee te draaien in de wachtdienst
**Welke competenties heb je nodig?**
+ Bachelor opleiding in technishe richting HVAC (Kimatisering, Automatisatie) of evenwaardig door ervaring.
+ Enkele jaren werkervaring binnen de HVAC is zeker een pluspunt.
+ Kennis van en interesse in IT (Netwerken, Virtualisatie, Servers,.) kan je zeker ook helpen bij het uitvoeren van je job.
+ Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. Frans en Engels kunnen begrijpen.
+ In het bezit zijn van een geldig rijbewijs B

What are your responsibilities?
-Maintaining and repairing various Honeywell control systems and any related components.
-Eventually: Starting up and programming new systems, performing functional tests, and installing any necessary software updates.
-Managing and analyzing the building management system.

What skills do you need?
-Bachelor's degree in a technical field in HVAC (Air Conditioning, Automation) or equivalent through experience.
-Several years of work experience in HVAC is definitely a plus.

-Good command of Dutch.
-Possession of a valid category B driver's license.
